Sound Shaping Tools for Delay Repeats
Each repeat can be processed before it returns to the mix. Lo-Cut and Hi-Cut filters use analog-modeled designs to tame low and high frequencies. Attack and Sustain controls work as transient designers to sculpt the shape of each echo.
Tape adds analog-style saturation for warmth, while Cheap runs the signal through a custom 11-bit path modeled on vintage digital units for a degraded, lo-fi character. Swirl adds movement with an analog-modeled phaser, and Sauce adds a touch of algorithmic reverb.
For stereo work, Wider and Richer create left/right time and pitch variations, and Pan and Mono place or collapse the delays in the stereo field. Ducker lowers the delay when the dry signal plays, and Destiny adds unpredictability for a less mechanical feel.
