Re-Guitar is built for producers who want to change the character of a guitar after it has been recorded. It works as a pickup and body simulator, so one instrument can be shaped into many different electric, acoustic and hollow body tones. Pickup and Guitar Emulation Options

Re-Guitar includes a library of built-in electric pickup models. Single coil choices include single hot, vintage, modern, active, tele, neck+mid, bridge+mid, P90 and P90J. Humbucker options include vintage, classic, ricky, modern, rails, bright, wide, wide(jazz) and jazz box.

For acoustic sounds, the plugin offers solid body piezo, acoustic sim pedals, and dreadnought, jumbo, mini jumbo, 000 and small body models. Custom electric and custom acoustic models let you build your own pickup or acoustic emulation.

Controls for Shaping the Tone

Beyond choosing a pickup or body model, you can adjust hollow body thickness and amount, and fine-tune brightness and gain. Built-in virtual volume and tone pots let you adjust the tone in detail, and they can be automated to follow a performance.

The developer also lists MIDI Learn, full automation support, undo/redo, a presets manager, and a smooth bypass with no latency.
