Amp Types and Tone Shaping

The plugin offers three amp types. Kuassa describes the valve model as warm and mellow, the solid-state style as clear and punchy, and the Drive setting as the option for heavy distortion.

Tone shaping starts with a Contour control, a semi-parametric EQ and a graphic EQ. A built-in compressor, noise gate and output limiter handle dynamics and level in the same signal chain.

Cabinets, Microphones and 3D Miking

Cerberus Bass Amplifikation includes three matching cabinet types and six microphones, plus a Direct Mix option. You can set up dual-miking configurations in mono or stereo to imitate a real bass guitar recording session.

The VST, VST3, AU and AAX versions add an external IR loader and a 3D miking interface for moving microphones in space. The Rack Extension version adds CV input controls for various parameters instead.
