Sound Sources and Mixing Control
The electric basses are sampled both from the direct input (DI) and from an amplified source. A blend knob lets you phase-align the two signals or choose one or the other. For the upright bass, the same knob mixes the direct input with a tube microphone capture from the same sessions.
Onscreen controls adjust pitch bend range, pick noise and fret noise, release layers and the velocity curve. A set of built-in effects includes an octaver, compression, saturation, lo-fi, distortion, limiter, phaser, flanger, chorus, reverb and delay.
