Articulations, Mixing and Sound Shaping
The articulation menu sits in the top-right corner, and each articulation also has its own separate instrument. Pedal volume sets the volume of the piano's pedal mechanism, with a delicate default action and a Hard option for a more aggressive sound. Hammer volume adjusts the key-hammer action, and dynamic range changes how soft and loud samples relate to each other.
The mixer offers five perspectives: Full, Close A, Close B, Close C and Room. The Full mix combines Close C with the Room. Close A, B and C use different microphone pairs, each with its own texture. Each mix includes sample timing offset, left-right swap, phase invert, stereo widening, panning, reverb send and gain, plus a 4-band EQ applied to each perspective separately.
