03In depth

Vocal-Focused Melodic Techno and Trance Presets

The main emphasis of this expansion is vocals. Vengeance Sound describes the hooks and phrases as professionally composed and sung, and they are delivered as complete sequences that include chords, basslines and drums.

Because these sequences follow your chosen tempo and key as you play, they can be dropped into a project and adapted without manual retiming. This makes the pack a practical source of vocal-led ideas for melodic techno and trance arrangements.

Basses, Leads, Plucks and Pads for Melodic Techno

Alongside the vocal material, the expansion includes a melodic techno set covering basses, leads, plucks and pads. Vengeance Sound says it also contains a range of new and unique sounds not found in earlier packs.

These sounds are designed for use within Avenger 2.0, so they work best for producers who already use that synthesizer as part of their workflow. Manuel Schleis is credited as the creator of the expansion.
