Sunshine State is a VirtualCZ expansion pack from Plugin Boutique containing 64 presets across basses, keyboards, leads, FX, strings and brass. It is built around a warm, retro Deep House sound and requires the full VirtualCZ synthesizer to run.
Sunshine State adds 64 presets to the VirtualCZ phase distortion synthesizer. The collection is organized into basses, keyboards, leads, FX, strings and brass, so you can find a starting point for most parts of a track. Plugin Boutique describes the pack as feel-good and uplifting. Designer Da Sunlounge, a House producer, shaped the sounds to capture the retro character associated with the CZ. The presets are ready to play, and each one can be edited further to build your own sounds.
Sunshine State is aimed at the classic Deep House sound, with warm basses, classic electric-piano-style keyboards and driving leads. Plugin Boutique says designer Da Sunlounge brings his jovial, trademark style to the pack.
The presets are built to recapture the retro sound the CZ is known for. Strings and brass presets add an uplifting layer for chords and melodies, and the FX presets cover transitional and atmospheric textures.
The pack contains 64 presets in total. The breakdown is 21 basses, 17 keyboards, 15 leads, 5 FX, 3 strings and 3 brass patches.
Because every preset is a VirtualCZ patch, you can load a sound as-is or use it as a base for sound design. This makes the pack useful when you need a fast starting point for a Deep House arrangement.
