Kicks, Basses and Leads for Hard Genres
Vengeance Sound describes the sound of this expansion as brutal and dirty, with heavy kicks, cutting basslines, aggressive leads and loud synths. The developer says Mirko Ruta and Manuel Schleis worked on the pack together to reach a high production level and a wide range of sounds.
The kicks come in two forms. Some are multisampled, with every key covered. Others are built directly from sine waves and shaped with Avenger's effect chain and modulation options. Both types can be played melodically across the keyboard, so you can use them as tuned basses or melodic hits rather than only as one-shot drums.
