Guitars Vol. 1 (Distortion & Electric) - VPS Avenger Expansion is a preset expansion pack of 50 recorded distortion and electric guitar multiloop kits for the VPS Avenger instrument. It requires VPS Avenger v1.8.0 or later.
Guitars Vol. 1 (Distortion & Electric) is the first volume of Vengeance Sound's guitar expansion series for VPS Avenger. It adds 50 guitar loop kits to the Avenger's Multiloop module: 20 distortion guitar kits and 30 electric guitar kits. The developer says the loops were recorded live by a professional guitarist using high-end guitars, effects and recording equipment. The kits are built to follow the key, tempo and chords you play, so they can serve as rhythmic or lead elements in your tracks.
The pack is split into two groups. The first contains 20 distortion guitar multiloop kits, and the second contains 30 electric guitar multiloop kits, giving 50 presets in total.
Each kit is designed for use in the Avenger's Multiloop module. Vengeance Sound says the guitar will follow your input when you play any key, any tempo and any chord, whether minor, major or fifths.
Vengeance Sound describes the loops as suitable for rhythmic background parts or lead elements. The developer states they work in nearly any genre.
Because the kits are recorded performances rather than synthesized tones, they add a guitar character to a project built inside VPS Avenger, without requiring a separate guitar rig.
