03In depth

Presets and Sound Design Sources

The core of the pack is 130 Avenger presets. The developer describes them as covering syncopated arps, thumping kicks, gritty basses, stabs, plucks and some classic rave sounds.

The sound sources are a mix of 61 multi-samples, 14 wavetables, 30 oscillator shapes and 2 granular samples. Together these give you material to shape your own variations beyond the factory patches.

Drum Kits and Use in Club Tracks

The expansion includes 25 drum kits and sequences. Vengeance Sound says these were carefully crafted to support the presets. Use them as a starting point for bigroom or rave drum patterns, or swap in your own sounds.

Because the pack covers arps, kicks, basses and stabs in one place, it works well as a starting kit for building a club-oriented track from scratch.
