Effects: Trance is the third part of Vengeance Sound's Effects series, focused on trance production. It is built for Avenger and supplies ready-made transitions for the parts of a track that are slow to program by hand. The pack includes 4-, 8- and 16-bar fills that lead into a breakdown, with riser sweeps, effects, drums, whirls and a drop that opens the main chorus. The developer also includes the leads, basses and drumkits heard in its demo, along with a set of new multisamples.

Breaks, Fills and Drops for Trance Arrangements

Each fill is triggered by pressing a single key, so a transition can be placed in a song without building it from scratch. Choose a fill length of 4, 8 or 16 bars to match the phrase you need to cover. The fills combine long boom sweeps, energy-driven risers, effects and drum patterns, finished with a drop that leads into the main chorus.

The presets can be adjusted with the pre-defined macro controls or the modwheel. Layering different fills and drops is a practical way to test alternative builds before committing to one arrangement.

Sound Sources Inside the Expansion

Beyond the transition presets, the expansion includes 35 drumkits and sequences, 18 granular samples, 85 multisamples, 14 new oscillator shapes and 4 new wavetables. Vengeance Sound says the pack also contains the leads, basses and drumkits used in its demo.
