DG-8000 Expansion Pack is a preset expansion for Attracktive, developed by Tracktion, containing 185 presets and over 15,000 samples.
The DG-8000 Expansion Pack extends Attracktive with a library of 185 presets and more than 15,000 samples. It is categorized under Effects in the Expansion Packs subcategory. The pack is built for Attracktive and requires that instrument to run. Tracktion describes its sound library as drawing on the hybrid synthesizer era, when digital oscillators read sampled waveforms while analog circuitry retained warmth.
The pack contains 185 presets alongside more than 15,000 samples, giving Attracktive users a large set of starting points without building sounds from scratch.
Because the content is delivered as an expansion for Attracktive, it is designed to load into that instrument rather than work as a standalone product.
Tracktion frames the pack around hybrid synthesis, the mid-1980s approach that combined digital oscillators reading sampled waveforms with analog-style warmth. The developer points to the Korg DW-8000 of 1985, which offered 16 sampled waveforms, as a reference point for that sound.
Use the presets as a quick way to explore that territory inside Attracktive, then adjust the parameters to fit your track.
