Brushed Gretsch Kit for Roots and Americana Beats
The pack centers on a Gretsch USA Custom kit played with brushes rather than sticks. Brush playing gives the drums a softer, looser attack that suits roots, country and folk-leaning arrangements.
The kit pairs a 20x14 inch kick and a 14x5 inch snare with a graduated set of toms, from a 16x16 inch floor tom down to a 12x8 inch high tom. That range lets you build fills and rolls across the tonal spectrum without leaving the same kit.
Cymbals include a 21 inch Zildjian A-Custom ride, a 20 inch Zildjian A-Custom crash, a 14 inch Sabian AA hi-hat and a 19 inch Zildjian K Dark crash.
