Included Amps and Cabinets

The suite centers on four amps. The Pacific Dual Tremolo 100W Black is a 1966 BF version of a classic combo amplifier that the developer describes as clean, well suited to semi-dirty blues tones. The Pacific Dual Tremolo 100W Silver shares that lineage and adds a master volume control, giving more control when both amps are pushed into distortion.

The Custom 100W models a late 1970s British amp that Softube associates with classic rock bass and guitar and a jangly character. The 30W Top Boost is an early 1960s three-channel, six-input AC30 Treble model, which the developer links to the British Invasion sound. Softube notes that this amp is quirky but easy to work with once learned.

The suite also includes cabinet IR captures with moveable microphones, so the placement of the mic can be adjusted within the cabinet sound.
