Sound and Processing Character
The plugin ports the original Weiss DS1-MK3 digital hardware line by line, which Softube says makes it the same processor as the original unit. Processing runs at resolutions of up to 32 bit/192 kHz.
The compressor is digital and can operate at speeds that analogue units cannot reach, with total control over its settings. Two new limiter algorithms sit alongside the original Weiss limiter, giving you three limiting options in one tool.
The waveform metering view gives a visual check of the master as you work.
