Gate Patterns, Swing and Timing Control
Each of the eight gate patterns can have up to 32 steps, and the step count can be set individually per pattern. Only one pattern plays at a time, but all of them can be edited on the fly.
The swing control can be adjusted in real time with both positive and negative values. According to Sinevibes, swing timing stays correct even when the pattern length is an odd number.
The gate transitions use a two-pole low-pass filter, which the developer describes as close to an analog circuit. Sinevibes says this gives natural but snappy openings and closings.
