Articulations, Legato and Virtuoso Playing

The instrument includes more than 20 articulations, grouped into Long, Short, Expressive, Dynamic and Special categories. Up to three legato transitions are available for smoother melodic lines.

Adaptive Virtuoso Mode combines multiple articulations in real time, using velocity, note and pitch bend data. This lets you play phrases with less manual switching between articulations.

Phase-aligned velocity crossfades are used between dynamic layers to avoid phasing artifacts when the dynamics change.

Vibrato, Fingerboard Position and Mic Mixing

Real-time vibrato control is modeled from live virtuoso recordings. You can adjust vibrato speed and intensity while playing.

Fingerboard positioning lets you choose Low String for a mellower tone, High String for a brighter tone, or Smart mode, which selects positions the way a violinist would.

A multi-mic version provides adjustable close, mid and far microphone positions. A stereo-only mix is also included for lower CPU load.
