The instrument is based on a classic offset-body bass with dual passive single-coil pickups. Native Instruments describes the sound as smooth lows, articulate mids and punchy clarity.

You can play fingerstyle, with a pick, or use slaps and pops. The DI and mic signals each come with detailed tone controls, so you can move from clean to gritty without leaving the instrument.

Guitar Rig 7 Pro integration adds amps, cabinets, compressors, distortions and effects. The 54 sound presets cover a broad span of styles, from smooth lows to overdriven tones.

Pattern Engine and Melody Instrument

The pattern engine includes 283 patterns and 71 songs to start from. MIDI drag-and-drop lets you move grooves into your DAW and customize them there.
