Split-Signal Delay Modes
Pluralis offers four ways to divide the signal. Mid/Side processing separates the centre from the left and right sides, a method also common in stereo EQs and compressors. Left/Right sends each channel to its own delay, which suits extreme effects at the outer edges of a mix or gentle delays on the side channels.
Quiet/Loud splits the audio at a loudness threshold set by the Crossover dial, so quieter and louder passages can each have their own delay. Low/High divides the signal around an adjustable frequency, letting low and high ranges receive different delay treatments.
