Five Modules for Analog-Style Channel Processing

The signal chain is built from five rearrangeable modules. The Pre-amp adds warmth and saturation with a customizable frequency response and Bright, Warm and Dark modes. The EQ is a four-band parametric design with Gain, Vintage Circuit and Dirty Circuit modes. The Compressor offers Analog, Transparent and Variable compression styles and an Auto-Makeup control. The Modulation module adds flutter, wow and LFO movement that can sync to your project, and the Wear module adds noise, artifacts and dropout.

Each module has an interactive display, and an Advanced page gives deeper control over parameters such as Bias, Q, Shape, Ratio, Knee, Stereo Link and the four LFO shapes.

Who Lifeline Console Is For

Lifeline Console suits mix engineers and producers who want analog character inside the DAW. The Pre-amp and EQ can add gentle sheen or heavier harmonic drive, while the Wear and Modulation modules can push a sound toward a lo-fi, nostalgic texture.

The developer positions Console for mixing in a control room, in contrast to its sister product Lifeline Expanse, which focuses on simulated recording spaces and re-amping.
