01Overview

Lifeline Console is built around five effects modules, each covering a stage of the signal chain: Pre-amp, EQ, Compressor, Modulation and Wear. The developer describes it as bringing recordings to life with the warmth of analog processing. Each module has an interactive display and can be rearranged by drag and drop. Analog-Style Character Across Five Modules

The Pre-amp module adds gain with saturation and offers Bright, Warm and Dark modes for different frequency focuses. Its Push-Pull saturation adds weight and then returns the overall gain to its original level.

The EQ is a four-band parametric design with Gain, Vintage Circuit and Dirty Circuit modes. The Compressor offers Analog, Transparent and Variable compression styles, plus an Auto Makeup control.

The Modulation module adds flutter, wow and LFO movement, and can sync to the project. The Wear module adds noise, age, artefacts and dropout to imitate tape, vinyl and cassette playback.

Stereo Control and Workflow

Each module supports Left/Right or Mid/Side processing, so you can apply effects to the stereo field or to its center and sides. The modules can be rearranged in a drag-and-drop workflow, and the interface is scrollable and resizable.

The Advanced Page of each module exposes more controls, including Bias, Q and Shape for the Pre-amp and Ratio, Attack, Release, Knee and Stereo Link for the Compressor. The plugin has zero latency.
