Layer control, envelopes and sound shaping
Each layer includes solo and mute, pan and width controls, multiple filter types with frequency and Q, and multiple distortion types with drive and mix. Playback modes include forward and backward, mono and poly, and trigger or gate behavior. Sample pitch can be set by root note, semitones, cents and keytracking, and each layer has a phase offset with a polarity switch.
Volume can be shaped with an APDSR envelope or a multi-stage MSEG envelope. Multi-stage envelope generators can also control pitch, filter frequency and distortion amount. Bipolar velocity mapping applies to volume, pitch, filter frequency and distortion, and MSEG shapes can be copied and pasted between layers or chosen from predefined templates.
