New amps, cabinets and pedals

The upgrade adds four amp models, each paired with a cabinet module that includes impulse responses from Ownhammer and 3 Sigma Audio and a direct-to-room slider. The lineup includes a 100W all-tube amp for rock tones, a mid-60s reverb-focused model, a 300-watt all-tube bass amp and a two-channel 60s-style amp.

Five new ICM-based pedals cover distortion, fuzz, high-gain metal, preamp-style tones and a classic green overdrive. Native Instruments also notes that the Ozone Maximizer is included in a real-time version from iZotope.

Lo-fi effects and creative tools

Four lo-fi components aim at texture and warmth. Noise Machine generates cassette, VHS, electrical hum and vinyl-style noise from short recordings. Tape Wobble recreates the warble of improperly adjusted analog tape machines, and Vintage Vibrato models the chorus and vibrato section of a vintage rock organ.

The upgrade includes more than 100 new rack presets, from high-gain patches to lo-fi chains, along with the Loop Machine Pro for looping and layering ideas in a session or live.
