Sound Design Through Macro Controls
Finisher NEO is organized around three macro knobs. The Effect knob sets the character of the selected mode and can be automated for sonic changes over time. The Variation knob adjusts the mode's internal behavior, and the Ambience knob shapes the space around the sound.
Because each of the 50 modes is a scripted, automated chain of multiple effects, you do not need to route or balance individual processors. You choose a mode, set the macros, and listen. UJAM says the interface is intentionally simple, with no complicated setup and few visible controls.
