Adaptive Limiting and Transient Control
The limiter adapts its attack, release and look-ahead settings for each filter band. According to the developer, this is meant to reduce pumping, breathing and perceived distortion when the signal is pushed hard.
Transient handling is applied across the critical bands, so attacks from kick drums, snares and cymbals can be preserved or emphasized without affecting the whole mix. Solo mode lets you isolate a band to hear problem frequencies or check how gain and transient changes affect it.
An Auto Output Level feature matches the gain of the limited and unlimited signal so you can compare them fairly. Six metering types cover different aspects of the output.
