Wah and envelope filter modes

The plugin provides three types of wah and three envelope filters. Kuassa names the wah models after the hardware they are based on: Dunlop Cry Baby, Vox Grey Wah and Vertex Axis Wah. The envelope filter options are based on the Mu-Tron III, with low-pass, band-pass and high-pass modes.

Kuassa states that the plugin was developed by studying the tonal characteristics of these devices. Trademarks belong to their respective owners, and Kuassa says it is not affiliated with them.

Controls, stereo linking and MIDI expression

WF3607 offers more parameters to adjust than a regular wah pedal, giving you finer control over the filter sweep. A bypass button lets you switch the effect off without removing it from the chain, and stereo linking keeps the left and right channels filtered together.

You can connect a MIDI expression pedal to the plugin for true wah-wah rocking action, so the sweep follows your foot instead of automation alone.
