Looping Layers and Touch-Based Control
Circa has six layers that can record from the stereo input or self-record through an internal buss, which opens up feedback-based textures. The interface is built for hands-on manipulation, with touch strips for speed and position, including dedicated pages. The position strip can be subdivided with slices, so the looper behaves more like a playable instrument than a simple delay loop.
Each layer has its own undo for destructive edits such as recording, overdubbing and erasing. Product-wide tooltips show what each control does when you hover over it.
