Boom Crossgrade: Electronic Drum Machine by AIR Music Technology Free Download

Boom includes 10 electronic drum kits. They include variations on classic 808 and 909 kits, more aggressive dance and urban-style kits, and a retro-style kit that AIR Music Technology describes as a CR78 merged with a 606.

Each kit holds 10 drums. For every drum you can adjust panning, volume, tuning and decay. Each drum channel also has a tuning screw for a drum-specific sonic adjustment. You can mix drums from different kits to build a custom kit, and each sound can be triggered individually through standard MIDI pitch mappings.

The onboard sequencer lets you create, trigger and save your own patterns, which can be recalled as presets. Pattern Select mode uses the keys along the bottom of the interface, colour coded to map to a MIDI keyboard from middle C upward for remote selection.

In Pattern Edit mode, the Matrix display in the top left lets you program a pattern. You can copy one pattern to another and set playback to normal, double, half or triplet time within your host. A swing control is also included.
