01Overview

Transfuser 2 is built around loops. It lets you beat-sync, auto-slice, stretch, pitch and resample grooves while they play, and it can convert loops into MIDI patterns or drum kits. The plugin also includes M.A.R.I.O., a tool that analyzes your track and generates chords, melodies and variations to fit it. Sequencers, a synth module, real-time performance controls and 20 effects round out the toolset.

Real-Time Loop Editing and Remixing

Transfuser 2 treats loops and sounds as material to rebuild. You can beat-sync, auto-slice, stretch, pitch and resample grooves in real time, and replace sounds inside an existing loop without stopping playback.

Randomization is musically aware, so it produces groove variations that stay in context rather than random noise. Loops can also be converted into MIDI patterns or drum kits, which makes it possible to rework a loop's notes instead of only its audio.

Sequencers, Synth and Performance Controls

The Sequencer module adjusts the groove of a drum loop, varies phrase notes, stores patterns and changes sequence speed relative to your session tempo. A Poly Sequencer and a Chord Sequencer send monophonic and polyphonic MIDI to the included synth module.

Smart Knobs, Trigger Pads, a four-octave keyboard and a crossfader can all be mapped to your own hardware, so patterns can be triggered and arranged live from a MIDI keyboard or controller.
