01Overview

Bloom Vocal Edit Lite is the lighter version of Bloom Vocal Edit. Excite Audio built it around bold, attention-grabbing vocal elements rather than smooth background pads. Its samples are organized into four banks, and the keyboard layout lets you trigger phrases, switch between styles and shape sound in real time. Every sample included is royalty-free. The full version of Bloom Vocal Edit is available separately.

Vocal Chops, Phrases and Sound Character

The instrument collects 56 vocal samples in four banks, covering chopped hooks, one-shots and loops. Excite Audio says the library suits modern electronic, hip-hop and pop productions.

Playing the keyboard triggers the vocal material. Fourteen phrases are spread across two octaves, with white keys starting samples and loops and black keys changing playback speed and pitch or triggering sequences and effect modulation. Samples sync to the host tempo, so chops stay locked to your project.

Four macros give quick tonal control: Glue for smoothing dynamics, Fuzz for distorted, pedal-style grit, Metallic for a short slapback delay and Width for stereo spread and ensemble effects.

Workflow, Controls and Effects

The main page is built for fast adjustment. Five main FX parameters cover Bitcrush, Delay, Reverb, Lo-Cut and Hi-Cut, so you can shape the processed sound without opening deeper menus.

Five factory modifiers (Half-time, Double-Time, Reverse, Octave Down and Octave Up) change how phrases play back. Five custom modifiers are also included. Key selection and a global bypass help you audition and compare results quickly.

The 75 presets give you starting points across the sample banks, and you can adjust them from there.
