MPC Expansion - Infinite Escape is a preset expansion pack from Native Instruments for MPC hardware. It contains kits, instrument presets, projects and samples for micro and minimal house production.
Infinite Escape is a sound collection built around micro and minimal house. It covers percussive loops, sub bass, brushed textures and atmospheric pads. Native Instruments created the expansion in collaboration with Alexkid. The content is aimed at producers who want to start deep, detail-driven grooves quickly, then shape them into longer tracks. The pack loads into standalone MPC 3.5 or later.
The expansion centers on trippy percussive loops, agile sub bass and finely brushed textures. Native Instruments describes the sound as glitchy and evolving, with tuned and glitchy percussion alongside warm analog-style signal chains.
Atmospheric pads add space to the pared-back beats. The developer positions the material for deep, underground tracks built for long dancefloor journeys.
Infinite Escape ships with 80 MPC kits, 39 instrument presets and 3 MPC projects. The sample content includes 483 drum samples, 32 loops and 125 one shots.
The download is about 1.03 GB. The kits and projects give a starting point for building grooves, while the one shots and drum samples let you replace or extend the included material.
