Happy House for Serum Vol. 1 is a preset pack for Xfer Serum from Resonance Sound, with 64 presets and 40 MIDI files for upbeat pop, house and tropical productions.
Happy House for Serum Vol. 1 is a Serum preset collection from Resonance Sound aimed at producers writing bright, feel-good music. The 64 presets cover basses, leads, plucks, pads, pianos and synths, with a single bell and two each of FX and keys. Resonance Sound also includes 40 MIDI files, so you can start from a chord or melody idea and audition the patches in context. Every preset ships with macro and mod wheel assignments for quick shaping.
The pack is weighted toward melodic sounds, with 17 leads and 17 plucks forming the largest groups. Resonance Sound describes the set as built around tropical marimbas, warm pads and shining plucks, with organic hybrid tones blended in.
The library also includes 9 basses, 7 synths, 6 pads, 3 pianos, 2 keys, 2 FX and 1 bell. That spread means you can cover a full arrangement from one pack, from a bass line and plucked melody to pads and a bell accent.
The 40 MIDI files are meant to help with writing. Drag one into your DAW, pick any preset and check how the chords and melody sit with the sound before you change anything.
All presets include macro and mod wheel assignments. Resonance Sound says this makes it easier to customize a patch to fit a track without rebuilding it from scratch.
