CFA CableForce - U-He ACE is a preset collection of 64 synth sounds for the u-he ACE synthesizer, developed by Resonance Sound. It covers trance, house and hardtrance styles.
CFA CableForce - U-He ACE is the second sound set from Resonance Sound built for the ACE synth. It contains 64 presets spanning plucks, key synths, leads, basses and pads. The developer says the set is aimed at trance, house and hardtrance production and is meant to show what the synth can do in those genres. The presets are sorted into categories, which makes it easier to find a starting point for a track.
The collection focuses on the sounds these genres rely on most. Resonance Sound describes the set as including beautiful plucks, key synths, dynamic and massive leads, pushing basses and pads.
The presets are built as a companion to the developer's first CFA set for ACE, so producers who already own that set will find a similar approach to sound design here, extended to a larger 64-preset selection.
Because the library requires u-he ACE, it is a preset pack rather than a standalone instrument. You load the sounds into ACE and can shape them with the synth's own controls.
The presets are sorted into categories, so you can browse by sound type rather than scrolling through an unsorted list. The developer also notes economic CPU usage, which helps when you are running several synth tracks in a project.
