Future House & Bounce Vol.4 for Serum is a preset pack of 64 Xfer Serum patches from Resonance Sound, covering basses, leads, pads, plucks and more for future house and bounce production.
Future House & Bounce Vol.4 for Serum is the fourth and final entry in Resonance Sound's Future House and Future Bounce preset series. The developer says the sounds were shaped by listening to recent chart-topping house releases. The pack is built for Xfer Serum and contains 64 presets spread across 20 leads, 15 plucks, 6 basses, 6 synths and several smaller categories. Every preset has its macros assigned, and 10 MIDI files are included as starting points.
The pack is weighted toward lead and pluck sounds, with 20 leads and 15 plucks. The remaining presets include 6 basses, 6 synths, 5 keys, 3 bells, 3 pads, 2 arps, 2 brass patches and 2 FX sounds.
Resonance Sound describes the bass and lead sounds as gnarly and sharp, and the pads and plucks as warm and atmospheric. The developer also says the presets were designed to be usable beyond future house, including future bass, EDM and pop productions.
All 64 presets have macro controls assigned, so you can adjust the character of each patch from a few controls instead of digging through every parameter in Serum.
The 10 included MIDI files are meant to give you a starting point when you need inspiration. You drag a file onto a Serum patch in your DAW to audition it with the sound.
