Body Mechanik is a sound expansion from Native Instruments built around Electronic Body Music, the early 1980s style that combined post-punk attitude with sequenced beats and synthesized sounds. The collection draws on that lineage and extends it toward the industrial techno heard on European main-room dancefloors.
