VYBZ 2 Standard: Seven-Effect Lofi and Character Multi-Effect by Thenatan Audio

Every effect sits on one screen, with no tabs or hidden pages. Texture, III Verb, Echo, Damage, Time Machine, Motion and II Band are arranged side by side, and an effect that is switched off uses no CPU.

The 256 factory presets are grouped into 16 categories, including Lofi, Trap, R&B, Vocals, Drums and Pads, and each category runs from subtle to hard. Thenatan Audio says every preset is level-checked against bypass, so the comparison focuses on the effect rather than on volume.

The dice feature rolls a new setting built from your current one. You can lock individual effects out of the roll and choose how far it goes, from Subtle to Wild.

III Verb offers three reverb types, a smooth space, a classic plate and a shimmer mode, plus 25 impulse-response spaces ranging from small rooms to large halls. Freeze turns the tail into a sustained pad.

Echo is a stereo delay with separate left and right times, dotted and triplet values, and a built-in ensemble chorus before the repeats. Damage provides six drive circuits, including Tape, Valve, Amp and Fuzz, with a Mix ring for parallel saturation and bit-depth reduction down to 2 bits.
