PERRCS is a percussion virtual instrument built around top-end orchestral sounds, including shakers, sticks, rimshots, wood blocks, surdos, drums, triangles and anvils. The developer describes the sound source as drawn from Hans Zimmer's personal library. This loyalty upgrade path is for owners of any paid UJAM product, and it is also available as a standard purchase.
PERRCS includes a wide range of top-end percussion performances. Its 74 rhythm styles each contain 17 playable phrases, intros, fills, endings and hits, so you can build dynamic parts quickly.
The phrase engine locks to tempo, and built-in rhythmic styles and solo parts let you create patterns that follow your production's timing. The library also includes 320 sound designer presets as starting points.
Split percussion into low and high layers, crossfade between them, and shape each layer with Character, Motion FX and EQ. This gives you control over the balance between weight and brightness.
For deeper processing, the plugin offers 74 Finisher multi-effect modes and 29 ambient treatments. You can move from natural orchestral sounds to gritty textures and modern cinematic pulses.

PERRCS is available in VST3, VST2, AU and AAX formats, all 64-bit only. It runs on Windows 10 and 11 and on macOS Monterey (12) through macOS Sequoia (15), with support for Intel and Apple silicon Macs.
You need 8GB of RAM, 1.5GB of free disk space, a 1280x768px display and an internet connection. The AU version is compatible only with Logic Pro X and newer. UJAM recommends an SSD if you move the sample content to an external drive to prevent dropouts.
This crossgrade path is for existing owners of any paid UJAM product. The standard purchase path is also available.
You can authorize it quickly through the UJAM App, or enter your email and password within the plugin. Installation is automated through the UJAM App or available as a downloadable installer file.
