Strum GS-2 Upgrade from Strum Session: Guitar Plugin by Applied Acoustics Systems Free Download

Strum GS-2 includes a guitar library with acoustic and electric tones in a single plugin. The electric side covers clean, crunch, distortion and DI sounds, while the acoustic side includes standard and experimental presets.

The built-in 2-channel amplifier, spring reverb, speaker cabinet and effects let you shape guitars inside the plugin before they reach your mix. Pickup types, body size and string settings can be adjusted for each guitar in the Guitar Craftsmanship controls.

The interface is split into Play, Edit and FX panels, so performance shortcuts, sound design and final processing stay separate.

Strum GS-2 takes chords you play and voices them the way a guitarist would, using open, movable or drop voicings. Keyboard mode lets you play lead lines and your own voicings, while pitch wheel and aftertouch handle bends and slides.

The MIDI loop library contains strumming patterns across acoustic and electric styles. You can drag a loop into your host sequencer and edit it there, or use Loop mode to combine rhythm figures with your chord progressions.

Use the arpeggio keys to create picking patterns, or trigger downstrokes, upstrokes, scratches and mutes directly from the keyboard.
