Modulation Effects and Character
Each of the six modulation modules is driven by an LFO. The Phaser module sweeps the input with all-pass filtering, creating peaks and troughs in the frequency spectrum that move over time. The Flanger mixes the signal with a modulated delayed copy of itself, producing comb-filtering that shifts as the delay changes.
Chorus duplicates the input and modulates the pitch of the copies to add shimmer and width, similar to several instruments playing in unison. Tremolo modulates amplitude for rhythmic volume changes, from subtle fluctuations to deep pulsing. Vibrato modulates pitch up and down for a quivering, animated quality, and the Panner automates stereo position to move sound from side to side.
