Effects Chains, Parameter Control and Presets

Hex FX works around chainable effects. You can stack individual effects, rearrange the order of the chain and dial in every parameter in the Parameter View. The Preset Builder lets you save custom chains, so a combination that works on one track can be reused later.

The Preset Browser holds more than 100 FX chain presets for quick starting points. Serato also includes signature presets from artists and producers including Guy Lawrence (Disclosure), Lord Finesse, DECAP, Amber Navran (Moonchild), Jake One, Dibia$e and DuckGirl.

For live or performance-driven work, Performance FX provides real-time triggering and tweaking of effects, including brakers, repeaters, halftime, vinyl backspin and DJ Transform.

Who Hex FX Is For and What You Need to Run It

Hex FX suits producers who want many effect types in a single plugin, whether they work on beats, samples, bass or the mix bus. Its chainable design and performance controls also make it useful for automating movement in a track.
