Looperator: Multi-Effect Slicer and Looper Plugin by Sugar Bytes Free Download

Looperator combines a slicer with an effect chain. Each effect has five parameters, and each parameter can be controlled by one of 20 envelope shapes, a parameter dial, an envelope follower or a randomizer.

The processing order runs from top to bottom and can be changed with a drag-and-drop of the six lanes. An effect placed before the slicer feeds its output into the slices, while effects placed after it process the sliced material. Each effect module has its own dry/wet control, and the global mix offers six setups.

Unlimited undo and redo steps let you try ideas without fear of losing a good result.

Looperator fits producers who want to rebuild drum loops, create stutter edits or add rhythmic movement to pads and vocals. Its intelligent random function generates sequences that are meant to sound balanced, and its detailed programming options let you refine them.

The plugin includes over 300 factory presets, organized by category so you can see which sonic role each one suits. Each preset category includes an unprocessed loop and the same loop with Looperator applied, so you can hear the result before you commit.

The plugin is light on system resources, so running several instances in one project is practical.
