Analog Amp, Player and Speaker Emulations
The effects chain begins with three vintage stages. The Amplifier stage offers tube and transistor emulations, the Player stage offers cassette and vinyl options, and the Speaker stage offers megaphone and telephone character. Each stage adds its own drive, noise and coloration, so the chain can take a clean piano, vocal or drum clip and make it sound like a recording from another era.
Because the three stages can be combined, the chain works as a texture tool rather than a single effect. Subtle settings can add a little grit and warmth, while more extreme settings push the signal toward radio-style or lo-fi sounds.
