Instrument-Specific Settings for Acoustic Tone
The Selector window is the core of QuickAG. Choosing an acoustic guitar, ukulele or mandolin sets the compressor and EQ to positions suited to that instrument, so the starting point already reflects how the instrument is typically recorded.
The EQ offers body and spark controls for shaping the tone, along with Low Pass and De-Harsh filters for removing frequencies that feel unpleasant. The compressor can be used for clean level smoothing or for adding analog-style coloration, and you can blend the two compressor styles.
The developer describes the reverb as three algorithms tuned for acoustic instruments, which you can blend and set by length and amount.
