Sound Architecture and Modulation
Each layer uses two virtual VCOs per voice based on the CEM3340, with ramp, triangle and variable-width pulse waveforms available at the same time. The virtual VCF is based on the CEM3320 and offers the classic 24 dB/oct lowpass mode, expanded with a highpass mode. Per-layer drift control varies oscillator and filter parameters to add analog character.
Modulation is organized into several routings. Poly Mod gives each voice its own modulation path using its filter envelope or Oscillator B. Mono Mod applies LFO and/or noise to pitch, pulse width, filter cutoff and amplitude. Pressure Mod responds to mono and polyphonic aftertouch, and Aux Mod can be assigned to any MIDI hardware control.
