How Finesse Handles Resonances
Finesse uses minimum phase filtering to make spectral changes without disturbing the transients and phase relationships of the source material. Each of the three main controls, Depth, Timing and Guard, can be adjusted across frequency, so you decide where and how much processing applies.
Depth controls the intensity of the reduction, automatically trimming excessive resonances. Timing defines how smoothly that reduction behaves over time, and Guard protects spectral detail that the developer describes as musically favorable.
