Studio Rooms, Reverb Chambers and Re-Mic Setups
The plugin centers on two studio spaces and three reverb chambers. Universal Audio describes the rooms as the basis of the plugin's ambience, and the chambers as a way to add anything from subtle depth on vocals and strings to longer tails on drums.
Re-miking is the other main tool. The developer says you can send tracks through models of UREI 813 coaxial monitors or Altec A-2 theatre cabinets, then capture them again with a set of Allen Sides microphones. This is a way to give a source the coloration of a playback-and-recapture chain rather than only adding reverb on top.
