Timbre Shaping and Folding Control
The core of µFold II is its fold control, which sets how strongly the input signal is folded back on itself. Low settings add subtle extra harmonics, while higher settings push the sound toward total folded distortion.
A thru-zero symmetry control adjusts the shape of the folding with a bipolar CV input and dedicated attenuator, so the timbre can be modulated over time. A stages switch selects 2, 4 or 6 stages of folding, letting you choose how many folds the signal passes through.
