Latin percussion grooves and performance styles

The plugin includes 460 phrase performances organized into 20 player styles. Each phrase is intended to carry a natural, human feel, so it can add movement to a programmed beat or a drum kit without sounding quiet or mechanical.

Because the phrases are grouped by style, it is quick to audition a groove that fits a particular track. Producers working with electronic beats can layer the percussion over a drum machine pattern, while those with acoustic drums can use it to fill out a rhythm section.

Depth control, mix presets and MIDI workflow

The Depth control moves the whole kit or individual instruments forward or back in the virtual room, which helps place the percussion within a mix. Under the hood is a multichannel mix console with six presets: Vanilla, Slam, Trippy, Vintage, HiFi and Tape. These range from clean and modern to gritty and saturated.

Every style phrase can be dragged straight into your DAW as MIDI. You can then edit the rhythms, change instruments or layer the phrases with your own drum plugins.
