Latigo's phrases are organized into 20 player styles, which makes it easier to find a rhythm that suits a particular track. The instrument set covers three congas, maracas, cabasa, tambourine, claves, cowbells and claps.

The Depth control moves the entire kit or individual instruments forward or back in the virtual room, which helps you place percussion in the arrangement. Six mix presets (Vanilla, Slam, Trippy, Vintage, HiFi and Tape) reshape the sound on an internal multichannel mix console, ranging from clean and modern to saturated and gritty.

MIDI Workflow and Host Setup

Every style phrase can be dragged straight into your DAW as MIDI. You can then change the rhythm, swap instruments, or combine it with your own drum sounds.
