Volume, tone and special FX controls
The Volume Manager handles ducking, fade-in and gating. A ducking threshold lowers the reverb whenever the original signal exceeds the set level, and a gate silences the tail when it falls below its threshold. This keeps long tails from running over dense material.
The Tone Manager targets harsh attacks in the reverb signal and includes a tonal reset that restarts the reverb whenever a new transient is detected. The Special FX section offers a reverse mode that ramps up the tail until the next transient, plus an additional harmony octave for thickening the sound.
